Frequently Asked Questions

If you are in need of custom tooling or machining, we request you provide the following if possible:

• What material the part needs to be made out of.
• Any special requirements in shipping, documentation, or the manufacturing process.
• At least one of the following:
  • Engineering drawing with accurate notes and tollerances.
  • CAD drawing if available. We are able to read many common file formats.
  • Solid 3D model if available. STEP format is prefered.

We are set up to do work for the manufacturing industry and generally have a minimum requirement of $200 for completing jobs. We do not have the capacity to create consumer products such as ornaments, keychains, placards, or tools/devices for household use.

We primarily work on tooling for the manufacturing industry. We are not set up to work on automotive equipment, and as such, we generally recomend someone else better equipped to do these jobs.

We do not have tools or equipment available for rent.

We are not ITAR registered and legally cannot do work for military agencies or defense contractors. For liability and insurance reasons, we also cannot do work on weapons, such as guns, for the general public. We are primarily equipped to do work for the manufacturing industry.
